Q: What's the process of custom packaging?
A: 1. Got your ideal packaging design
2. Create a template accordingly
3. Providing the template to customers for the design (Or customer provides the design with AI & PDF file for us to finish the design)
4. Pre-production sample arrangement
5. Sample is confirmed
6. Starting mass production after receiving your confirmation

Q: How to order?
A: Tell us the items, quantity and customized requirements, we will make an Proforma invoice for you to confirm and start the order.

Q: Do you have TPD for the European market?
1) Some of our models already have TPD testing reports. However, TPD requires testing for each flavor of each vape pod for each brand. Since 99% of our orders are for OEM customers with different requirements for their brand packages, flavors, and *** levels, it doesn't make sense for us to register TPD before they place their orders.

2) Once your order is confirmed, we'll be more than happy to assist you in applying for TPD in China or your country.
